ABOUT THE OWNER
Bobby, CEO of Artistic Construction LLC, based in Woodstock and Alpharetta, Georgia is a 16-year industry veteran with a passion for finding and flipping fixer upper real-estate. Bobby has built a solid foundation of Clients through his remodel construction advisory services.
Mr. Gwynn has a long record of successfully guiding local and regional clients with their rehab and remodeling requests. With a background in corporate accounting and finance, Bobby is able to provide a multi-facet of services for Clients’ in the decision-making process for their property. In addition to being the CEO of Artistic Construction, he is a licensed real-estate agent.
Bobby is committed to the community, and a high standard of care for his Clients. Attention to details and valuing the relationships built, with both Clients and Partners, are key components of his business. Bobby graduated from Flagler College with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance degree.
